Midlife can be a difficult time.

Between hormones, responsibilities and constant mental load, many women are quietly craving something simpler.

Circle of Steps exists to give you:

What We Offer

Gentle, supportive walks designed for midlife bodies and busy lives.

Weekly Guided Walks

  • 4–7 miles at a manageable pace

  • Our guided walks usually take place at 9:30am on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 12:30pm on Fridays, and 8:30am on alternate Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Friendly, women-only groups

  • No pressure to keep up

  • Optional coffee or brunch afterwards

  • Photos and shared memories

  • Encouragement and guidance throughout

Weekend Walking Retreats

2–3 day walking weekends across the UK.

Everything is organised for you:

  • Accommodation

  • Route planning

  • Safety and leadership

  • Packing lists

  • Group support
