What We Offer
Gentle, supportive walks designed for midlife bodies and busy lives.
Weekly Guided Walks
4–7 miles at a manageable pace
Our guided walks usually take place at 9:30am on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 12:30pm on Fridays, and 8:30am on alternate Saturdays and Sundays.
Friendly, women-only groups
No pressure to keep up
Optional coffee or brunch afterwards
Photos and shared memories
Encouragement and guidance throughout

2–3 day walking weekends across the UK.
